Born in: 1957
Qualification: Associate Professor, Ph.D. in Economics.
Experience: He has 17 years of lecturing experience at the National Economics University and served as Director of the Institute of Strategy and Policy Research under the Ministry of Industry (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade) from June 2003 to April 2012. From May 2012 to August 2015, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saigon Beer – Alcohol – Beverage Joint Stock Corporation (Sabeco). Between September 2015 and June 2017, he held the position of Director and Standing Member of Business Innovation and Development Department under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Currently, he serves as Chairman of the Vietnam Association for Supporting Industries, following his term as Vice Chairman from 2018 to 2022.
