The office design of SHB Digital Banking Division that harmoniously blends between “Agile Working” aspiration and distinctive brand characteristics wins “2023 Best Workplace Interior Design“ category awarded by Asia Awards Organization.

The Asia Architecture Design Awards 2023 (AADA) in Singapore on August 14, 2023 announces that the office design of SHB Digital Banking Division both manifests contemporary values and promotes an environmental-friendly and open space that contributes to unleashing creativity in the organization.

The Board of Advisors consisted of 20 leading Asian architect noted that more than simply one of the best office, SHB working space presents a fresh image of Vietnam to the world.

SHB design that underwent the rigorous evaluation based on 5 criteria: Idea, Influence, Difference, Innovation and Features proves itself to be a people-centric space.

The construction of SHB Digital Banking Division office started in October 2022 to materialize the goal of a talent hub that harmoniously blends “Agile Working” workspace and the core brand values. The image of flowing river in SHB logo sets the design theme, starting from the foyer and branching into all corners of the office to symbolize the smooth movement, interconnection and flexibility as well as embrace the technology development and continuity between the past, the present and the future.

Getting rid of walls and partitions to optimize staff interaction, freedom of choosing where to work and productivity, “Agile Working” office is separated only by the design and style differences to accommodate various purposes such as “Do not disturb”, meeting and discussion. This is the outstanding feature that has been highly valued by AADA.

In addition, “Dare to think – Dare to do” spirit of SHB employees is also portrayed by bold colors, daring decoration and aspiring slogans all over the office. Neatly organized working areas, maximized natural light, ventilation and greenery accompanied by a bunch of wellness benefits such as recreation room, gym, pantry strive to prioritize mental health, stress deflation and generate positivity in the workplace.
