SHB awarded strong brand of vietnam for the 8th consecutive time

On 02/04/2016, at JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi, the Award Ceremony for enterprises winning Strong Brand of Vietnam 2015 award was held by Vietnam Economic Times in collaboration with Trade Promotion Agency – Ministry of Industry and Trade. It is the 8th time in a row, SHB is presented Strong Brand of Vietnam award. Such award has again affirmed SHB’s position, sustainable & strong development in the past years amid many difficulties and challenges of the national economy.

Vietnam Strong Brand is designed to timely honor strong and effective Vietnamese enterprises who have made positive contributions to the national economy, to strengthen the relationship among the business community, to create a ground for cultural exchanges and experience sharing, to promote brands and to improve business environment in the context of international economic integration.

The award is a prestigious voting program held annually for businesses on the basis of consumers’ opinions on a national scale and the evaluation of Vietnam Economic Times Editorial Board, Evaluation Committee including economists, brand researchers on seven criteria: leadership, product quality, enterprise renovation capability, human resources, brand protection, business results and business stability. Besides the Award Ceremony, Vietnam Economic Times has also organized forums with the participation of government representatives, the scholars, economic experts from government ministries, agencies and the business community to seek and discuss green business solutions for business and encourage   pioneers in this field.

In addition to the criteria of leadership, product quality, human resources, business results, SHB is also highly appreciated for its active participation in community-oriented programs and activities such as participating in rural finance project, 4 parties linking program initiated by the State Bank of Vietnam, fishermen support program, etc. Moreover, SHB’s strong financial capacity is also a point appreciated by the Organizers which has been proven with national key projects financed by SHB, especially the acquisition of Habubank under the State Bank’s restructuring program, restructuring of Binh An Seafood Company.
