On May 14, at the 4th Congress of Delegates of Hanoi Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (Hanoisme), term 2023-2028, Chairman Do Quang Hien was re-elected Chairman of Hanoisme. Also within the framework of the Congress, Saigon – Hanoi Bank (SHB) were honored to receive a certificate of merit from the City People’s Committee and Vietnam Confederation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).
Speaking at the Congress, Hanoisme’s re-elected Chairman – Mr. Do Quang Hien said that he would unite with the Executive Board of the new term, determined to innovate and further improve the operational efficiency of the SME business community of Hanoi in particular and Vietnam in general, contribute to the socio-economic development of the capital and the whole country.
Currently, in addition to the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors of SHB and Chairman of Hanoisme, businessman Do Quang Hien is also a member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vice Chairman of Vietnam Small and Medium Enterprises Association (Vinasme).

The Congress also announced the decisions and awarded prizes to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the Association’s operations and emulation movements for the 2018-2023 term.
With achievements in business activities and many contributions to the development of society in general and the development of the Capital city in particular, SHB was recognized and awarded Certificate of Merit by the City People’s Committee and Hanoi Fatherland Front. At the same time, Ms. Ngo Thu Ha – CEO of SHB was also honored to receive the Certificate of Merit from the Hanoi People’s Committee and Mr. Do Quang Vinh – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of SHB was awarded the Certificate of Merit by VCCI.
