On September 18, at the Vietnam Outstanding Banking Awards 2025 (VOBA 2025), Saigon – Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) was recognized as the “Bank with the Most Outstanding Innovative Products and Services” for its tailor-made “Solution Combo for Small Business Owners”.

VOBA, now in its 14th year, celebrates banks that have demonstrated excellence, innovation, and significant contributions to the growth of Vietnam’s financial and banking industry. The judging panel comprises representatives from government bodies, ministries, associations, as well as leading experts in finance, banking, and technology.

The package begins with essential services such as payments and cash flow management, expands into tailored credit offerings, and further integrates additional financial utilities to sustainably support customers’ business operations.

The “Solution Combo for Small Business Customers” provides numerous benefits and privileges. Specifically, small business owners opening an account at SHB will be offered VIP account numbers worth up to VND 25 million, which are easy to remember, enhance recognition, and improve credibility in transactions. The Bank also offers free issuance of international online debit cards, along with cashback up to VND 3.6 million per year on card spending, which is particularly useful for business households with advertising, sourcing, or online payment needs.

SHB has also designed a flexible business loan package that provides instant working capital for customers to purchase goods, materials, or supplies without collateral. Customers can access up to 85% of their capital needs based on payment turnover, with a maximum limit of VND 300 million, interest rates from only 0.05% per day, and no interest charged if repaid within the same day.

In addition to transaction and lending support, SHB encourages small business owners to save effectively with an online savings package offering preferential interest rates compared to branch deposits, helping optimize idle funds safely and flexibly. Furthermore, SHB’s solution combo also helps customers comply with State Bank regulations and ensure transparent revenue management.

Since the beginning of 2025, SHB has been honored with numerous prestigious awards from both domestic and international organizations, such as “Best Payment Solution Initiative in Vietnam” (The Asian Banker), “Best Bank for Public Sector Clients in Vietnam” (FinanceAsia), and “Best Bank in Vietnam for Sustainable Finance” (Global Finance).
