Currently, SHB has completed payment service on the National Public Service Portal for the following service groups:

– Voluntary social insurance and health insurance for individuals/households

– Traffic fines and public services fees in provinces/cities applicable to individual customers

– Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance,occupational accident insurance – occupational diseases applicable to corporate customers

Accompanying the Government’s policy of promoting non-cash payments, SHB officially launched online payment on the National Public Service Portal.

Steps:

• Step 1 : Register on the National Public Service Portal : https://dangky.dichvucong.gov.vn/password
• Step 2 : Declare/look up relevant records
• Step 3 : Select payment
• Step 4: Select the SHB Bank icon and select Payment
• Step 5 : Fill in all required information: Username, login password and authentication code into SHB Bank’s EBank system.
• Step 6 : Check information and make payment.
