She has worked at SHB since 2008 and was appointed General Director from September 2022 to present; She was appointed to the position of Member of the Board of Directors from April 12, 2023

Working at SHB since 2007, she was appointed Deputy CEO in June 2012. She has also served as the Chairman of the Board of Members of SHB Debt Management and Asset Development Company Limited (SHAMC) since 2016 and as Chief Operations Officer at SHB.

Throughout his career, Mr. Nguyen Huy Tai has held various significant positions including Chief Debt Collection Officer and Branch Manager at Bac A Bank. He has worked at SHB since 2007 and was appointed Deputy CEO and Director of SHB Hanoi Branch since February 2013.
