Mr. Do Quang Hien – Chairman of the Board

Born in 1962
Qualification: Radio physics – Hanoi University
Experience: 40 years of experience in business management and banking & finance.
He served at SHB and was elected Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2005 to 2008.
Since 2008, he has held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at SHB.

Born in 1973
Qualification: Doctor of Economics – National Economics University. She is a member of the Australian Association of Certified Public Accountants (CPA);
Experience: 30 years of experience in banking and finance sector. From 2011 to August 2022, Ms. Ngo Thu Ha served as the Deputy CEO at SHB cum Chief Financial Officer; Member of the Board of Directors of SHS; Member of the Board of Members of SHBFC; Director of SHB Finance and Planning Department, Director of SHB Debt Management and Asset development company limited. She has worked at SHB since 2008 and was appointed General Director from September 2022 to present; She was appointed to the position of Member of the Board of Directors from April 12, 2023

Mr. Do Quang Vinh – Vice Chairman of BoD of SHB cum Deputy CEO

Born in 1989
Qualification: master’s degree in Finance and Business Administration from the University of East Anglia, London;
Since 2011, Mr. Do Quang Vinh has been employed at SHB. From April 2023, he has served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors;
With 13 years of experience in banking and finance, he currently holds multiple key positions at SHB, including Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Deputy CEO and Chief Digital Banking officer. He is also holding the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Saigon – Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company (SHS); Chairman of the Board of Directors at Saigon – Hanoi Insurance Corporation (BSH);
He was honored as ” Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards” in the finance industry

Mr. Thai Quoc Minh – Member of the BOD of SHB

Born in 1960
Qualification: Master of Business Administration, Edith Cowan University, Australia
Experience: 39 years of experience in the banking and finance sector
He has been serving as a Member of the Board of Directors since 2017

Mr. Pham Viet Dan – Member of the BOD

Born in 1974
Qualification: Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance, ULB University (University Libre de Brussels), Belgium
Experience: 23 years in finance and banking industry
He has worked for 8 years at SHB, holding the positions of Chief Risk Officer from September 2016 to September 2022, Member of the Board of Members of SHBFC since July 2020 to present. Additionally, he held executive positions at other major banks such as Vietnam Import-Export Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Eximbank) and HSBC Vietnam Bank Limited.

Mr. Do Van Sinh – Independent Member of the BOD

Born in 1961
He graduated with a PhD in economics from Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics;
Do Van Sinh has 38 years of management experience in the field of Finance;
Do Van Sinh has held has held several senior management positions such as Head of the Financial Planning Department/Deputy CEO of Vietnam Social Insurance;
He was elected as a Member of the 14^th National Assembly for the 2016-2021 term, elected in Electoral District No. 1 in Quang Tri province and held the position of Standing Committee Member of the Economic Committee of the 14^th National Assembly from July 2016 to July 2021

Mr. Pham Hoa Binh – Head of BOS

Born on: 31 December 1961
Qualification: Bachelor of Economics, Banking Academy
Experience: 33 years of experience in finance and banking industry; He used to hold critical positions at the State Bank of Vietnam – Can Tho Branch (Deputy Chief Inspector/Chief Inspector), Deputy Director of Saigon Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Industry and Trade – Can Tho Branch.
He has been working at SHB since 2006 and started holding the position of Head of Board of Supervisors in May 2009.

Ms. Le Thanh Cam – Member of BOS

Born on: 25 December 1967
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking – National Economic University; MBA – Pacific Western University US
Experience: 32 years of experience in finance and banking industry; She held multiple critical positions at Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam (Agribank), An Binh Commercial Joint Stock Bank, and Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank.
She held the position of Deputy Director of Internal Audit Division from March 2013 to June 2020 and held the position of Member of the Board of Supervisors of SHB in April 2017.

Mr. Vu Xuan Thuy Son – Member of the Supervisory Board

Born in 1981
Mr. Vu Xuan Thuy Son has extensive experience in Finance – Banking industry
Mr. Vu Xuan Thuy Son has worked at SHB from 06/2011. He used to hold the position of Deputy Head of Internal Accounting Department/Deputy Director of Internal Audit Division of SHB.

Mr. Do Duc Hai – Deputy General Director

Born in 1982
Qualification: Bachelor of Banking and Finance, National Economics University
Experience: 20 years of experience in the field of Banking and Finance. Previously, Mr. Do Duc Hai served as the Head of Corporate Banking Department and Branch Manager at Habubank, which later merged into SHB.
Do Duc Hai has been with SHB since 2012 and assumed the role of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors in April 2023.
Position: Deputy CEO and Director of the Van Phuc Branch since 2021, cum Director of Investment Banking Division; Chief Corporate Banking Officer; Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Saigon – Hanoi Laos Single-Member Limited Liability Bank.

Ms. Ninh Thi Lan Phuong – Deputy General Director

Born on October 12, 1974
Qualification: Master of Banking and Finance, Banking Academy
Experience: 29 years of experience in the field of banking and finance. She has held several significant positions throughout her career, including Chief Accountant, Head of Treasury Customer Service Department, Deputy Head of SHB Accounting Department
Working at SHB since 2007, she was appointed Deputy CEO in June 2012. She has also served as the Chairman of the Board of Members of SHB Debt Management and Asset Development Company Limited (SHAMC) since 2016 and as Chief Operations Officer at SHB.

Mr. Le Dang Khoa – Deputy General Director

Born on August 18, 1974
Qualification: Master of Business Administration, National Economics University
Experience: 24 years of experience in the field of banking and finance. Previously, Mr. Le Dang Khoa held the position of Director of Treasury & Foreign Exchange Division at VIB
He was appointed as Deputy CEO of SHB in March 2009; cum Director of the Treasury and Money Market Division

Mr. Nguyen Huy Tai – Deputy General Director

Born on February 3, 1974
Qualification: Bachelor of Finance and Credit, Banking Academy; Bachelor of Law, Hanoi Law University
Experience: 29 years of experience in the field of banking and finance. Throughout his career, Mr. Nguyen Huy Tai has held various significant positions including Chief Debt Collection Officer and Branch Manager at Bac A Bank. He has worked at SHB since 2007 and was appointed Deputy CEO and Director of SHB Hanoi Branch since February 2013.

Ms. Hoang Thi Mai Thao – Deputy General Director

Born in 1973
Qualification: Master of Economics, Banking Academy
Experience: Ms. Hoang Thi Mai Thao has been employed at SHB since 2010. With 31 years of experience in the banking and finance sector She currently holds multiple key positions within the organization including Deputy CEO, Chief Retail Banking Officer, member of the Board of Members of SHBFinance since January 8, 2021, Chief Operations Officer at SHB, Director of SHB Treasury Division; VP Bank Branch Director

Mr. Luu Danh Duc – Deputy of General Director

Born in 1973
Qualification: Master of Information Technology, Institut de la Francophonie pour l’Informatique (IFI)
Experience: He is a senior expert with extensive experience in domestic and international banking technology. He has held notable positions, including CIO at leading corporations in Vietnam such as Vingroup and Sovico Group. Additionally, he served as Deputy CEO in charge of IT at Sun Group and VETC. Moreover, he achieved success as CTO of VIB. He has worked at SHB since September 1, 2022 and was appointed as Deputy CEO cum CTO.
