• He served at SHB and was elected Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2005 to 2008.
• Since 2008, he has held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at SHB.

• Experience: 30 years of experience in banking and finance sector.  From 2011 to August 2022, Ms. Ngo Thu Ha served as the Deputy CEO at SHB cum Chief Financial Officer; Member of the Board of Directors of SHS; Member of the Board of Members of SHBFC; Director of SHB Finance and Planning Department, Director of SHB Debt Management and Asset development company limited. She has worked at SHB since 2008 and was appointed General Director from September 2022 to present; She was appointed to the position of Member of the Board of Directors from April 12, 2023

• Qualification: master’s degree in Finance and Business Administration from the University of East Anglia, London;
• Since 2011, Mr. Do Quang Vinh has been employed at SHB. From April 2023, he has served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors;
• With 13 years of experience in banking and finance, he currently holds multiple key positions at SHB, including Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Deputy CEO and Chief Digital Banking officer. He is also holding the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Saigon – Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company (SHS); Chairman of the Board of Directors at Saigon – Hanoi Insurance Corporation (BSH);

Additionally, he held executive positions at other major banks such as Vietnam Import-Export Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Eximbank) and HSBC Vietnam Bank Limited.

• Do Van Sinh has 38 years of management experience in the field of Finance;
• Do Van Sinh has held has held several senior management positions such as Head of the Financial Planning Department/Deputy CEO of Vietnam Social Insurance;
• He was elected as a Member of the 14^th National Assembly for the 2016-2021 term, elected in Electoral District No. 1 in Quang Tri province and held the position of Standing Committee Member of the Economic Committee of the 14^th National Assembly from July 2016 to July 2021

• Born in: 1957
• Qualification: Associate Professor, Ph.D. in Economics.
• Experience:  He has 17 years of lecturing experience at the National Economics University and served as Director of the Institute of Strategy and Policy Research under the Ministry of Industry (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade) from June 2003 to April 2012. From May 2012 to August 2015, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saigon Beer – Alcohol – Beverage Joint Stock Corporation (Sabeco). Between September 2015 and June 2017, he held the position of Director and Standing Member of Business Innovation and Development Department under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
• Currently, he serves as Chairman of the Vietnam Association for Supporting Industries, following his term as Vice Chairman from 2018 to 2022.
