• Customers already have an online savings account and wish to block/unblock it
• The savings account is Active
• How to block your account:
  • Call Hotline number *6688 via the registered phone number.
  • SHB verifies Customer information, confirm the blocking request and process the request.
  • An email shall be sent to notify customers of successful account blocking.
