Enterprises and individuals/business households are offered 1% interest rate reduction with simple loan procedures.

  • Preferential interest rate: 1% lower than normal rate,
  • Interest based on the remaining outstanding loan.
  • Flexible principal and interest repayment period depending on the client’s repayment capacity
  • Loan tenor:  medium & long-term loans up to 15 years.
  • Loan amount: a maximum of 70% of total project investment.
  • Simple and time-saving loan procedure; professional and dedicated staff.
  • Eligible customer: individuals, households or small and medium enterprises of the private sector (Types of enterprise without State capital) operating in Vietnam have a work force of less than 50 people.
  • The scope of projects implemented by customer: investment projects across the country except the inner city of 04 major cities: Hà Nội, Hồ Chí Minh, Đà Nẵng and Hải Phòng.
  • Eligible sector: Any areas related to the development of rural area, agriculture, small and medium scale industries, fisheries, horticulture, livestock, export, transport, embroidery knitting, crafts, etc.
