Accepted cards:

  • SHB domestic Debit cards and Napas cards are accepted.
  • Visa and Mastercard international cards.

Eligibility:

1/ How to become a Merchant

  • Valid business registration according to Vietnamese law.
  • A legal and good business location and a healthy financial situation.
  • Technical capacity to meet card payment requirements l.
  • Not being included in high-risk merchants or Terminated Merchant Files according to the notice of the International Card Networks.
  • Open a current deposit account at SHB.

2/ Required documents

  • Notarized copy of business registration certificate.
  • A photocopy of ID card or passport (Legal representative on the business registration license)
  • Merchant service contract (provided by the bank).
