Money receipt via Western Union system allows individual customers to receive money from any other country in the world.

 

  • To receive money in Vietnam only after 10 minutes after sending
  • To be covered by SHB nationwide network
  • Customer does not incur any fees to receive money
  • The recipient does not have to pay income tax
  • The receiver does not have to open an account and not disclose source of remittance
  • Customers can receive VND or USD depending on demand
  • Simple procedure
  • Customers are Vietnamese citizen
  • Customers are foreign individuals legally living, working or immigrating in Vietnam

Step 1: The Receiver provides the following information at the nearest branch or transaction point of SHB:

+ Present valid identification papers

+ Full name of the sender (name, surname)

+ Sending country

+ Amount of money

+ Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) consisting of 10 digits

Step 2: Complete “Money receipt” sheet under SHB form

Step 3: Sign and receive money
